I am an avid student of performance, health, leadership, and self-improvement. My experience combines the competitiveness of elite sports, the academic research focus of doctoral work, and the important self-reflection of organizational leadership.

Doctoral dissertation focused on masculinity, wellness, and school leadership. My research focused on all-boys' schools and how school leaders make meaning of, engage with, and are impacted by their gender identity.

Academic focus on sociology, organizational psychology, and political sciences. Varsity baseball Division 1 athlete and team captain. 3 time Ivy League champion.
